Haha! Love it. Emma Watson was one of my favorites this year...all of the worst dressed celebs really are horribly clothed. Taylor Momsen has so much potential...it's too bad she just ruins it.

You nailed it on both categories! I love that you picked Lily for one of the best dressed, I always love her style. And yes to Katy Perry and too much skin...she has such a great body but she makes herself look ridiculous in all that shiny latex.

I must say I have to agree with all of the choices you made. I am partial to Rihanna because aI've been a fan of her style for forever, even during the "Pon de Replay" days.
